Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes.  For pricing discounts based on quantity, please see our How to Order Plant Labels section.

How many characters fit on a label?

Labels can be made with 1-4 lines of text.  The amount of characters per line is as follows:

Upper case: 18-20 characters
Mixed case: 21-23 characters
Lower case: 22-24 characters

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply call or send us an email.  We will either try to fix the issue, you can return the product(s).  We will issue a refund immediately upon receipt of the returned product.

Are there any other colors available?

Yes, other colors are available, but the black, coffee bean and green are most commonly used for plant labels.  Thus, they are the colors we keep in stock.  If another color is needed, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Are your labels available in other sizes?

Yes, we also offer customized labels to meet your needs.  Please contact us with your specific request, and we’ll be happy to give you a quote.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Thursday 9am to 9pm and Friday/Saturday 9am to 5pm.  We are closed on Sunday.  Feel free to call or email at anytime.  If we are not in the office, please leave a message, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

No.  At this time, we only ship within the U.S.A.
